Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For an approved refund, a return fee of 150 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware of the seal on each item that must be unbroken for us to approve the refund.

Eligibility of refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed. Return your item first and then proceed with a new order.

14-day return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving it. We will only issue a refund if the item has an unbroken seal.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
