Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping cost?
We currently ship within Sweden with shipping. Shipping is insured and free.
How do I track my order?
It is recommended that you download the PostNord app on your mobile device to receive tracking details. You’ll receive a tracking number via the app once your order ships. Always double check your app notifications and your junk mail in case you have not received a tracking number. Contact us in case of assistance.
How long does it take for my order to be handled?
- Orders with vintage jewelry are handled within 3-5 business days and thereafter shipped. Total time including arrival: 5-8 business days.
- Orders with new fine jewelry are "made-to-order" with production finalized within 4-7 weeks from order and thereafter shipped. Total time including arrival: 5-8 weeks.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on your location, order details, chosen shipping service and unforeseen events, delivery dates may vary. Arrival time depends fore mostly on your order details:
- Orders with vintage jewelry will arrive within 5-8 business days.
- Orders with new fine jewelry are "made-to-order" and will arrive within 4-5 weeks.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within Sweden only and will ship to the EU in 2026.
Will I have to pay any import charges?
We currently only ship within Sweden with no import charges.
Is my package insured?
Yes, all packages are insured until delivered. You will need to show a valid ID to the shipping company to receive your package. In case you can not provide a valid ID, the items will be sent back to Amon Atelier and we will charge a return fee of up to 500 SEK.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I change or update my order?
No. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before shipping. Contact us in any case if you need assistance.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days only if completely sealed. Tried-on jewelry with a broken seal are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How do I make a return?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product seal remains intact. Opened seals cannot be refunded.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return slip. A 150 kr return fee will be deducted from your refund, which is processed within 7–14 days. If your refund request is disapproved you will not be refunded.
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges are handled as new orders once the original item is approved for a refund and returned.
What is the return cost?
The customer pays for return shipping 150 SEK. Please read all instructions before proceeding with the return.
When do I get my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive and approve the return. Only sealed products will be refunded. Broken seals will not be refunded. It can take 7–14 business days from receiving your return until the transaction is visible on your bank statement.
Size & Fit
How do I know my ring size?
We offer a size table on each product page. You can order a ring-size tool from us before purchasing rings.
How long are the necklaces?
Length is stated in the product details. Most chains are adjustable but if you break the seal you may not return the items, so please ask us before.
Are vintage pieces available in other sizes?
No, each vintage piece is one of a kind and available in one size only. In some cases rings can be slightly adjusted. Please contact us if your ring size is slightly above/below the stated vintage ring size.
Product Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, sunlight, perfume and harsh chemicals. Store separately in a box.
Do vintage pieces require special care?
Yes, handle with care due to their age and uniqueness.
